RETURN POLICY – VIVID SENSES

This policy is issued by ETONDALE 2017 SRL, the legal entity operating vividsenses.ro.

1. Introduction

This return policy has been prepared in accordance with Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014, which governs consumer rights under distance contracts. Our aim is to provide a premium, transparent, and fair experience.

1. General Return Conditions

The customer (an individual) has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without having to give a reason for their decision.

Return inspection: After the returned product has been received, its condition will be checked within a maximum of 3 business days.

Refund: If the product meets the conditions, we will initiate the refund within a maximum of 14 calendar days.

For online payments (Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay), the amount will be refunded automatically to the card used for the purchase.

For Cash on Delivery payments, the refund will be made by bank transfer (to the IBAN account provided by the customer).

1. Sealed Products – Specific Conditions

For hygiene and health protection reasons, in accordance with Article 16(e) of Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014, products in the room fragrance, cosmetics, or premium consumables categories may only be returned if they are unopened, unused, and have their seal intact.

Important: Products that have been unsealed, tested, used, or whose original packaging is damaged cannot be accepted for return.

1. Exceptions to the Right of Return

The following cannot be returned:

Products made to the customer's specifications or personalised.

Unsealed limited editions or products that may deteriorate rapidly.

Products that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons.

1. Return Procedure

To initiate the process, follow the steps below:

Notification: Send an email to store@vividsenses.ro containing the invoice number and the name of the product you wish to return.

Shipping: Package the product appropriately (we recommend using the original protective packaging) and send it by express courier to the return address provided in our reply to your email.

Bank details: If payment was made by Cash on Delivery, please provide the IBAN account number and the account holder's name for the bank transfer.

1. Return Costs

Standard return: Return shipping costs are borne entirely by the customer.

Defective products or delivery errors: If you have received an incorrect or defective product, or one damaged during shipping, Vivid Senses will cover the full return costs and replace the product as soon as possible. In this case, please contact us within a maximum of 48 hours of receipt.

Delivery cost: 25 RON (for orders under 450 RON).

Free Delivery: Enjoy free shipping on all orders exceeding 450 RON.

Delivery timeframe: Orders are shipped by express courier within 1–3 business days. Orders placed before 14:00 are generally processed and handed over to the courier on the same day.
