WARRANTY POLICY – VIVID SENSES

This policy is issued by ETONDALE 2017 SRL, the legal entity operating vividsenses.ro.

1. Introduction

Trust is built through quality, and every product purchased from our platform is covered by the statutory guarantee of conformity, in accordance with applicable legislation. We are committed to providing a premium, safe, and risk-free experience.

1. Statutory guarantee of conformity

All products sold by vividsenses.ro are covered by the statutory guarantee of conformity, in accordance with Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance No. 140/2021. This guarantee covers any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery, taking into account the specific nature of our products.

1. Consumable products and exceptions

The products sold (room fragrances, diffusers, refills) are considered sealed goods which, by their nature, cannot be returned once unsealed for health protection or hygiene reasons.

Subjective preferences: The warranty does not cover subjective olfactory perceptions of scent, intensity, or longevity.

Unsealed products: Under Article 16(e) of Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014, products that have been tested or used cannot be covered by the warranty for hygiene reasons.

1. What the warranty covers

The warranty applies strictly to the following cases of non-conformity:

Delivery error: A product different from the one ordered (incorrect volume, incorrect fragrance).

Damage upon delivery: A broken container, visible liquid leakage, or a spray mechanism that is defective upon first use.

Manufacturing defects: An objectively altered scent or batches showing obvious abnormalities in composition.

1. Warranty exclusions

The warranty cannot be claimed in the following cases:

The scent does not meet the customer's subjective expectations.

The fragrance's longevity varies depending on environmental conditions (humidity, temperature, ventilation).

The product has been unsealed, partially used, or improperly stored by the customer (e.g., exposure to sunlight or heat sources).

1. Claims procedure

To make a warranty claim, follow the steps below:

Send an email to: store@vividsenses.ro

Include the order number, delivery date, and a description of the defect.

Attach clear photographs of the product, packaging, and defective component.

Your claim will be reviewed within a maximum of 3 business days, and the proposed resolution (product replacement or a refund of the purchase price) will be communicated to you by email.
