Return Policy

The returned product must not show signs of wear, both externally and internally. According to this ordinance, vividsenses.ro will provide you with a period of 14 calendar days, from the moment of receipt of the purchased products, during which you can inform us that you wish to return the product(s). In order to better understand the needs and wishes of the clients, we would be happy to find out the reasons that determined this option;

For sealed products, the right of return is only valid if the products are unopened, exactly as you received them. The return is made to the contact address, the product must be intact in its packaging, the product cannot be opened, removed from the mold, or damaged, otherwise it CANNOT BE RETURNED;

What do you have to do to signal a return? You must notify us of your desire to make a return by means of an e-mail to the address store@vividsenses.ro, in which you should inform us of the invoice number and of the product you wish to return.

If you wish to return the value of the product, it is mandatory to send the product to us via the partner courier company to the address specified on the AWB received together with the order and to clearly specify the return of the money to you also by courier (cash on delivery) or bank transfer. After completing this stage, followed by confirmation of the return and the integrity of the product received, the money will be returned to you in 14 calendar days.

The transport for the return of the product must be carried out through a courier company. The costs for the return will be fully borne by the customer; When you hand over the product to the courier company, it must be packed properly, in the original packaging, with all the labels attached; If the reason for the request for replacement or return is our error, the costs of returning the products are borne by us.
