Recommended uses:

• Dilute 10–15 drops in bathwater for an energizing and revitalizing soak,
  or add 4–5 drops to a bowl of warm water for foot baths — offering relief and comfort to tired feet.
• Add 2–3 drops to at least 20 ml of body cream or massage oil for a toning treatment or a relaxing massage after physical activity.
