Product delivery is free for orders over 1000 lei. For orders with a value of less than 1000 lei, a fee of 23 lei/delivery outside the town of Arad, Romania is applied.
Depending on the delivery area, the delivery term may fluctuate, this is due exclusively to the carrier;
If the product(s) are in stock, the processing term of the order(s) is one working day from the date of the order (with the exception of Saturdays and Sundays and legal holidays, where the processing term can be two working days from the order date);
The collection system is based on a confirmation and an invoice issued upon completion of the order. Payment options are defined depending on the type of order placed and its value (orders marked with PRE-ORDER are charged in full, the processing and delivery term being within 15-20 days). Orders with a value greater than 1000 lei are paid in full at the time of launch. Orders with values lower than 1000 lei can also be collected with cash on delivery payment to the courier.
